Description

It is an antibacterial ingredient that attacks and helps to kill the plaque bacteria that can cause your gum irritation.


Indications
For inhibition of the formation of dental plaque. As an aid in the treatment and prevention of gingivitis and in the maintenance of oral hygiene, particularly in situations where toothbrushing cannot be adequately employed. Also for use in a post-peridontal surgery or treatment regimen to promote gingival healing. Useful in the management of aphthous ulceration and oral candidal infections.


Ingredients
Active ingredient: Chlorhexidine Digluconate 0.2% w/v. Other ingredients: Glycerol, macrogolglycerol hydroxystearate, sorbitol liquid (non-crystallising), peppermint flavour, purified water.


Directions
Thoroughly rinse the mouth for about one minute with 10 ml twice daily.


Safety Warning
Do not swallow. Do not exceed the stated dose. Do not use if you have ever had an allergic reaction to chlorhexidine digluconate or any of the other ingredients. Do not use in children under 12 years unless recommended by a dentist. Do not use anywhere other than in your mouth. Wash thoroughly if you get any in your eyes or ears.
