When you select your shipping method your order will be sent to you via UPS or USPS. You may select a specific shipping method for speed of delivery. We reserve the right to upgrade your package to another shipping service, at no extra cost, in order to insure the fastest delivery possible. International Shipping usually take 1-2 weeks but can take up to 6 Weeks for delivery because of hold-ups through customs in your country. Please check with your local post office and customs officials if you don’t receive your pacakge in a timely manner. Let us know if you don’t get your package after the 6 week shipping period. Thank you for your patience. We also include a slight handling charge for each order to cover expenses incurred; this expense is included in the cost you see at checkout. This is for shipping, shipping supplies and other handling fees associated with processing your order. Military Address (APO/FPO) Head 2 Toe Fit ships all orders sent to APO and FPO Boxes via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Depending on product availability and location, orders should arrive at your Military Address within 3-5 business days. Delivery time from the military address to you can vary. Very Important: Your package is only insured to your military address. Head 2 Toe Fit is not liable for packages lost by Military Mail. If an insurance claim needs to be filed, it must be filed 75 days after the shipping date, per USPS regulations. In the event of an insurance claim, no refunds or reshipments will be made until the insurance claim is settled.

Return Policy

Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, at your expense, you may return any UNOPENED product(s), for a refund, as long as the product is sealed and untampered. The shipping & handling cost for the order is NOT refundable. Please note that there is also a 15% re-stocking fee on any returns. If you wish to cancel your order and do so before we have shipped your product, (shipment email notification with shipment identification number), there is only a 5% order cancellation processing fee.
